Ingredients:
Wheatgrass shots
(2 cups small fruit pieces of your choice)
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1 cup green apple, peeled and cubed
Some black currants
Some walnuts
Some pumpkin seeds
A tsp of chia seed
Some honey
Method :
Here I have a lush tupperware organic homegrown wheatgrass.
With a pair of scissors cut as low as you can. The light-colored stems at the bottom of the wheatgrass are the juiciest part.
Blend the wheatgrass.
Then, when you have the wheatgrass juice ready, just pour it back into the blender jar and add the rest of the fruits.
(Do not sift away the fiber. Without fiber in the mix, the juice is essentially just the natural sugars and water found in its ingredients)
