https://youtu.be/T07S1UbvlDc

You may have heard it over and over again but breakfast really is the most important meal of the day, especially for children.

Here is a healthy breakfast idea that you can assemble in minutes or make ahead of time–and that the kids will love!

Today recipe: Club sandwich & Vegetable fruit smoothie

A club sandwich is a sandwich of toasted bread, and several other ingredients, often chicken or turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. Although, for our recipe, we are using hash brown and ham instead!

A club sandwich is a delicious deli classic, and it is so easy to make yourself at home. The sandwiches are usually cut into halves or quarters to form small triangles.

This Club Sandwich is Hearty and downright good for the soul. However, a club sandwich is a sandwich meal our children will ask for over and over again.

Vegetable fruit smoothie

Once upon a time my son Eugene was skeptical about green smoothies. Broccoli in the drink? Yuck. But ever since trying this mixed vegetable and fruit smoothie, he has been hooked. But until now, he didn’t even realize that he has been drinking so much broccoli.

The combination of vegetables and fruit is so tropical and invigorating. The avocado here really packs a punch and he loves it!

Club sandwiches and smoothies are not only nutritious but they are also flavorful and they're going to make a perfect match for breakfast or even dinner.
