Avocado and egg, little lemon juice and mayonnaise. What are we talking about? Sandwiches, of course!
Sandwich can be very simple. You can have it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They are easy to make and can be healthy too. All you need are a couple of slices of bread and ingredients such as eggs, mashed avocado, mayonnaise and some lemon or lime juice you are good to go.
Most breakfast sandwiches are rich and heavy, with lots of butter, cheese, and bacon. This meatless breakfast sandwich is on the more simple and healthy side.

Notes :
The simplest way to enjoy avocados is by sprinkling them with a pinch of salt and pepper
Avocado on a sandwich will begin to turn brown within 3 to 4 hours, however, it will still be fine to eat. Keep the sandwich refrigerated if you are only planning on eating it later, but make sure to eat the avocado sandwich before the end of the day.
Ingredients :
4 hard boiled eggs peeled and chopped
1/3 cup mashed avocado about 1 small avocado
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice or lime juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Method :
Lightly mash the avocado in a small bowl.

Stir in mashed egg, little lime or lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

Toast 2 slices of whole grain in a toaster until golden and crispy.

Spread the mixture over the toast.
